All custom orders are processed after full payment confirmation. Because every piece is made to order, production times vary based on order size and customization complexity.
- Standard orders: 10–14 business days
- Rush orders: 5–7 business days — 25% surcharge applied at checkout
Shipping Times
- USA (Domestic): 3–7 business days after production
- International: 7–14 business days after production
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or seasonal demand.
