All custom-manufactured items (jerseys, uniforms, shorts, and any product produced with your team's name, numbers, colors, or logo) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom products are made exclusively to your specifications and cannot be resold. This applies regardless of order size.
For any non-custom, stock items purchased from Raxer Sports, you may return them for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
To initiate a return on a non-custom item, email info@raxersportswear.com with your order number and reason for return.
If any item — custom or non-custom — arrives with a manufacturing defect or differs from what was confirmed in your order, we will reprint, replace, or refund it at no cost. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, or after proof approval, cancellations cannot be accepted as production may already be underway.
