General Policy
At Raxer Sportswear, we stand behind the quality of every custom order. Because all products are made to your specific team colors, logos, names, and numbers, we follow a custom-order refund policy outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are accepted for items with manufacturing defects or errors caused by Raxer Sportswear.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom sportswear printed with team logos, names, or numbers (unless defective)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Refund Process
- Email sales@raxersportswears.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are handled case-by-case. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require a new production run.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing error on our part.
