HOW WE PRINT
PLASTISOL PRINTING
Our standard process for cotton, cotton-blend, and performance blanks. Thick, opaque, durable ink lay that holds solid color and sharp edges through hundreds of wash cycles.
DISCHARGE PRINTING
Ink reacts with the fabric dye itself instead of sitting on top, leaving a soft, vintage hand-feel with no plastisol texture. Best on 100% cotton and cotton-heavy blends.
1–6 COLOR SEPARATIONS
In-house screen setup and color separation for spot-color logos, wordmarks, and numbering. Each color gets its own screen and precise registration pass.
SPECIALTY INKS
Metallic, puff, and glitter ink additives available for logo accents and premium finishes on request — quoted alongside your standard print run.
